Abridged Terms of Service
ATTENTION: This is the ABRIDGED version of my terms of service. You will not find detailed information here. The sole purpose of this abridged version is to provide the Customer with an overview of the main points. Please refer to the complete Terms of Service below for more detailed information, which will apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The Client agrees to pay the full price before the Seller start the work.2. Any other payment schedule must be mutually agreed upon before the start of Product production.3. The Client accepts that Product production will not begin until payment is received by the Seller according to the schedule above.PRODUCT DELIVERY
4. The Client agrees that the Product will be delivered digitally via a Google Drive link provided by the Seller.5. Any other delivery method, whether digital or physical, must be mutually agreed upon before the start of work. The Client is obligated to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery methods, such as postage costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees, etc.6. It is the Client's sole responsibility to propose a delivery method that works for both parties. The Seller cannot be held liable for the Client's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters, or any other technical obstacles beyond the Seller's responsibility.7. After delivery of the product, it is the Client's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of the product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. The Seller cannot guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available if the Client loses their files.REVISIONS
8. The Client is entitled to 3 full revisions during the draft phase.9. The Client is entitled to a reasonable number of minor changes after completion, such as correcting a detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests exceeding this limit, however minor, will require prior agreement and will result in a proportional increase in the order value. This increase will be invoiced separately. Work on excess requests will not begin until payment for the additional invoice(s) is received.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
10. The Client agrees to pay the total amount specified in dolars (USD).11. The Client is entirely responsible for any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees, and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.12. Payment will be considered received and completed only when the total amount received in the Seller's account equals the invoice amount in dollar.REFUND POLICY
13. The Client has the right to request a full refund if there is no progress for two consecutive months. Refund conditions for orders requiring more work must be agreed upon separately before the start of work. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident, or any other proven and documented reason for the interruption of work.14. The Client is obligated to contact the Seller promptly and efficiently, responding immediately to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress, etc. Failure to communicate in a timely manner by the Client will be considered as implicit approval of all work progress and the current state of the Product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
15. The Product received by the Client is intended for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, resale, reproduction, or publication for purposes other than personal use must be previously approved by the Seller. This will require a separate contract between the Client and the Seller, defining the exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.16. The Client does not have the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or future inventions in this area.17. Furthermore, the Client does not have the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in this area.CANCELLATIONS
18. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund, without needing to provide a reason to the customer.19. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of the order. The customer will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the amount of work completed. The seller will have the right to refuse any service to the customer in the future.EXTRAS
20. General illustration backgrounds and scenery are not priced in the table due to their highly variable complexity. Pricing should be determined directly with the Seller.
